Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team at Aviata at Arbor Springs! As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to our residents, focusing on their unique needs and delivering exceptional care with a caring heart and skilled hand. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and conversation to residents
  • Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
  • Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Florida CNA license
  • Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
