Hours: 10 - 20 hours of help per week, but I'll take what I can get and there could be more if you want more.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
The help I need sort of breaks down into two categories. Note: If you are interested in one more than the other, don't hesitate to contact me as I need plenty of help
Outdoor focused: Gardening; yard work; outdoor holiday lighting; stacking firewood; cleaning outdoor furniture; etc
Indoor focused: Food prep; cooking (if you can); folding laundry; helping me declutter; digitizing records and pictures; possibly some cleaning; lots of miscellaneous
Job location: Corner of N Baldwin St and Elizabeth St. Bike, bus, or drive. (14 min by bike from Memorial Library)
References: None needed
Qualifications:
Minimum skills needed: Intelligence, reliability, and persistence. Also, and I'm not kidding, the ability to stay off your phone while working.
Extra skills I'm hoping you have: The tasks may not seem to require higher order thinking, but I'd like to work with someone who is willing to think the project through, ask questions at the onset; break the job into logical components, look for ways to work smarter, and communicate effectively.
Physical Demands
For the outdoor think gardening: digging holes, transplanting, raking leaves; For the inside work not so much but we might move a chair, drag some stuff out of the basement and similar
