Job description

Meredith Lodging Central Coast is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Owner Relations Coordinator. We're seeking afriendly, organized, and hard-working individual with customerservice skills, responsible formaintaining and growing relationships with homeowners of vacation rental properties. This role requires someone who works well in a team setting while being independent and self-motivated. What You'll Do:

  • Assist Owner Relations Managers in assisting homeowners, supporting day-to-day operations and collaboratively resolving any issues.
  • Onboarding & Property Management: Assist with onboarding process of new homes, agreements to going live on our websites. This includes gathering information, scheduling cleaningsand maintenance, coordinating photography, and building online listings that best represent each property.
  • Communication & Coordination: Respond promptly to owner inquiries, issues, and requests, while assisting Owner Relations Managers.
  • Campaign Execution:Supportwithoutreach campaigns to specific segments of homeowners, providing tailored solutions,identifyingneeds, and reporting on progress and results.
  • Vendor Management:Assistin contacting local vendors for repairs, preparing bids for homeowner approval, and ensuringtimelycompletion of maintenance tasks.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Who You Are:

  • Experience in project management preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
