Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, high-quality client services, and meaningful social impact. This role executes the companys strategic goals by developing and implementing operational strategies, managing multiple departments, overseeing budgets, and leading teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Participate in the hiring, training, and development of departmental managers
Organize, oversee, and support departmental workflows and schedules
Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
Address employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy
Implement the CEOs vision and strategic objectives at an operational level
Lead, mentor, and train the management team
Develop strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing staff
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance metrics (KPIs)
Analyze and improve business processes and operational procedures
Implement policies and procedures to improve daily operations
Ensure safe, adequate, and compliant work environments
Oversee multiple departments and ensure alignment with CEO-established goals
Communicate new directives, policies, and procedures clearly to leadership and staff
Improve customer satisfaction through operational enhancements
Coordinate efforts across business office, clinical, and case management teams
