Job description

Company Description
    Job Description

Wynn Resorts is seeking a creative, design-minded Creative Director to partner with the Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage Development on the design, sourcing, and selection of the operating supplies and equipment that define the guest experience in our F&B outlets. Working alongside the SVP, resort operators, the in-house Design & Development team, and a global network of artisans, fabricators, and vendors, this role helps shape every key touchpoint - uniforms, menus, china, glass and silver, service ware, and signature accessories - across Wynn Las Vegas, Encore, and Wynn Al Marjan Island. The ideal candidate brings refined taste, a strong creative point of view, and the discipline to translate concept intent into beautifully executed, operationally sound assets that uphold the Wynn standard of luxury. This role demands a strong team player who is equally a strong self-starter - someone who thrives with limited direct oversight, champions their own initiatives, and partners seamlessly across creative, operations, and vendor teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the SVP to design, source, and select operating supplies and equipment that elevate the guest experience across every F&B touchpoint.
    • Lead creative development for uniforms, menus, china, glass and silver, service ware, and other guest-facing items, ensuring alignment with each outlet's concept, narrative, and brand standards.
    • Collaborate with restaurant operators, executive chefs, and the in-house Design & Development team to translate concept intent into tangible, on-brand products.
    • Build and manage relationships with artisans, designers, manufacturers, and specialty vendors around the world; identify new sources of craft, quality, and innovation.
    • Develop creative direction, mood boards, samples, and selection presentations that align stakeholders and secure executive approvals.
    • Oversee the sample and prototype process, including review meetings, refinement cycles, and final selections.
    • Maintain a curated library of approved suppliers, finishes, materials, and signature pieces that reflect the Wynn standard of luxury.
    • Balance creative ambition with operational realities - durability, replenishment, lead times, cost, and back-of-house workflow.
    • Stay ahead of trends in luxury hospitality, craft, materials, and product design; bring forward fresh ideas that keep Wynn distinctive.
    • Represent F&B Development with senior leadership, design partners, and key vendors in a manner consistent with the Wynn brand.
    • Other job duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, F&B development, design, retail buying, or a related creative discipline; luxury hospitality strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated creative eye and refined sense of taste; portfolio or examples of design or sourcing work strongly preferred.
    • Experience sourcing and developing custom product - tabletop, uniforms, menus, or comparable touchpoints - with artisans, manufacturers, or design partners.
    • Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to drive multiple complex selections and approvals in parallel.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; comfortable presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders.
    • Strong team player and equally strong self-starter who thrives with limited direct oversight; brings forward ideas, owns outcomes, and partners effectively across disciplines.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of luxury design, craftsmanship, and current trends in hospitality product and guest experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) or image-based AI tools is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel 20% or more, including internationally to vendors, factories, and Wynn Al Marjan Island.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
