Overview
The Vice President of Product Management will play a critical leadership role within the Product organization, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. This individual will lead a Product team, across multiple lines, to define, develop, and deliver a portfolio of AI-enabled healthcare SaaS solutions. The VP of Product Management will both define and ensure that the product vision is translated into market-leading solutions and the complete customer product experience that address complex healthcare challenges and meet the needs of our customers. This leader will set the standard for how AI (and related) capabilities are embedded into the products themselves, driving differentiated customer outcomes at scale.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the CPO to define and evolve the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Lead and develop a team of product leaders and managers across one or more product lines and domains
  • Develop clearly documented business cases (qualitative and quantitative) and business rationale based on company strategy
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans and delivery timelines
  • Take responsibility to deliver complete product experiences working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support
  • Model and mandate the use of AI tools (including agentic workflows) across the product organization to accelerate discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery - setting a high bar for how the team works and delivers customer value
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, UX Research & Design, Commercial, Marketing, Commercial, and Compliance teams
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Engage with key customers, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure the voice of the market informs product decisions
  • Be proficient in the use of AI tools to create faster and higher quality product outcomes
  • Ensure all products are compliant with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ONC, CMS) and aligned with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
  • Define and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) to assess adoption, engagement, and financial outcomes including ARR, EBITDA, GRR, and NRR partnering with commercial teams
  • Champion a culture of innovation, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement

Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other technical/science background
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Strategy leadership position
  • 5+ years of experience in developing people and managing high performing teams
  • 5+ year experience managing and growing multi-product portfolios, totaling $100M+ of ARR
  • Proven experience leading a Product Management team and mentoring Product leaders
  • Experience bringing new software products to market that leverage some combination of SaaS cloud-based platform services, agentic-AI automation, advanced analytics, and healthcare workflow

  • Strong business acumen with experience in Go To Market, pricing & packaging, P&Ls and profitability, and development of financial pro formas

  • Excellent time management skills, resource organization and priority establishment skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface and communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels inside and outside the company, including senior management
  • Willing and able to demonstrate high-quality outcomes through "rolling your sleeves up" as a method of mentorship and to set an example

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or other advanced degree
  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude Cowork, Code, ChatGPT) in multiple aspects of the product management to accelerate innovation, quality, and market speed
  • Proficient at using Aha! or similar tools for product management
  • Product Management experience in an Agile setting
  • Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR platforms, revenue cycle management, population health, or care coordination tools
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and business models

Please note that the posted salary range reflects base salary. This role is also eligible for a bonus as part of the total compensation package.
