Position Summary

Credit One Bank is seeking a Vice President, Product Go-To-Market & Delivery to join the Product Management organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product Management, this leader will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, prioritization, and delivery of technology capabilities that enable the Product Management team to achieve its business objectives. The Vice President will lead a team of Product Analysts and serve as the primary liaison between Product Management, PMO, Technology, Risk, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and key stakeholders.

 
Summary of Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and execute the technology enablement strategy for the Product Management organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Analysts.
  • Lead intake, sizing, scoping, prioritization, and governance of technology initiatives for the Products team.
  • Partner with PMO on planning, resource management, roadmap development, and execution.
  • Translate business objectives into technology requirements and delivery plans.
  • Develop business cases and value assessments to support investment decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Analytics.
  • Monitor initiative progress, dependencies, risks, and benefit realization.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Establish governance, reporting, and performance metrics for the Product technology portfolio.
  • Present recommendations and portfolio updates to executive leadership.
  • Build strong relationships and influence outcomes across stakeholder groups.
 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in business, product, technology, or transformation roles.
  • Experience partnering with business and technology teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Experience leading teams of Product Analysts, Business Analysts, Product Owners, or similar roles.
  • Strong portfolio management, prioritization, and governance experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience building high-performing teams and developing talent.
 
Preferred
  • Financial services or credit card industry experience.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
