Job description

Do you have a heart for hospice? Pinnacle is seeking a caring and dedicated full-time CNA Supervisor to join our Hospice team!

The Hospice CNA Supervisor, under the direct supervision of the Hospice DON, primary function is to supervisor the Hospice CNAs and coordination of their services. The CNA Supervisor is responsible for hires and performs yearly evaluations for the hospice CNA’s; helps conduct monthly in-services for the CNA’s; maintains the CNA’s weekly scheduling; schedules present and non-present aide supervisory visits; performs present supervisory aide visits in the field as needed. In addition, it is to provide hospice and personal care services and activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, checking vitals, medication reminders and ensuring the patients area is a safe and clean environment. The Hospice CNA Supervisor is to work cooperatively with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team. The CNA Supervisor is part of the interdisciplinary care team, observing the patient's condition and reporting any changes or concerns with the team.

This is a full-time position in the office and field. Pay is based on experience.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of CNA experience required.
  • One (1) year of Hospice experience preferred.
  • CNA certification required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Leadership experience is required
