Warehouse Assistant Supervisor ($17–$22/hr) | Forklift + WMS Experience

Pay:
$17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
Full-Time | Day Shift (Hours may vary based on operations)

Houston, TX 77016 (On-site | Reliable transportation required)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience, strong WMS knowledge, and hands-on forklift experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers with accuracy and proper documentation
  • Pick, pull, and stage flooring products for delivery
  • Support and help coordinate daily warehouse operations and workflow
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
  • Perform inventory spot checks to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels
  • Perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs regularly

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory or management experience
  • 3–5 years of experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Recent, hands-on forklift operating experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
