Job Description

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Senior Subcontracts Administrator at GDIT. Here, youll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Contract Management.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

  • Monitor, audit and evaluate direct procurement documentation to ensure compliance with the respective policies, procedures, practices, and standards
  • Review documentation for completeness and request assistance from supporting Subcontracts and Supply Chain organizations when necessary
  • Assist with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) acquisition preparations
  • Assist with compiling reports and metrics for Acquisition Management on direct procurement audit performance
  • Assist with training Acquisition Personnel on respective policies and procedures


WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelors degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years related experience in subcontracts administration and/or procurement required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience in subcontracts administration and/or procurement required
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and utilize a diverse set of procurement software and collaboration environments (Network Drives, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Role requirements:
    • Government contracting experience. Demonstrated experience implementing FAR knowledge and other agency supplements
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other functional organizations
    • Ability to proactively complete assignments with limited supervision and follow up on tasks issued outside of the organization until a deliverable is completed
    • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment where multiple government requests can be worked simultaneously and must be completed within their required due dates
  • Location: This is a hybrid position working at one of our GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA. Must be comfortable working onsite (3) days a week minimum.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $81,349 - $89,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
