Job description

BFT programming is designed to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type and work through different planes of movement. BFT is a science backed program that elite athletes use, made accessible for the general population. BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and invest in each member's journey.
BFT coaches are highly accredited coaches. They are true coaches and the closest thing to having your own
personal trainer! Part motivational speaker, part educator and part fitness expert.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in with our team and help share the BFT brand,
community and experience to all people, everywhere.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients
  • Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
  • Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
  • Handle member concerns when applicable
  • Assist sales associates with studio tour and sales as needed
  • Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
  • Coach classes and keep subbing to a minimum
  • Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
  • Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
  • Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each.

Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized Personal certification
  • Possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification
  • +1 years of experience in Strength Training coaching

Hourly Rate
