• Reviews processes and end users’ feedback in order to identify opportunities to adapt leading practices and/or more efficient/effective processes.

• Drives overall program oversight of savings initiatives including tracking of savings opportunities, validation of savings achieved, and regular reporting of results to date .

• Executes strategic initiatives, and as necessary drive ongoing operational excellence improvement projects across the organization (including process and technology implementation)

• Analyzes industry trends and evolving procurement technologies to proactively identify opportunities to adapt leading practices.

• Owns the accurate procurement budgeting, controlling and reporting on respective categories, as well as setting up unified process guideline across all related categories.

• Supports business’ growth strategy, revenue goals savings, and business transformation objectives through effective Sourcing & Procurement relationships.

• Utilizes expert industry knowledge and advanced business models in development of strategies and structuring internal business relationships.

• Directs the development and implementation of processes required to ensure successful relationship management with our business partners.

• Leads and directs a high performing and motivated professional staff responsible for interfacing with functional/business unit management and Sourcing & Procurement functions.

• Provides expert knowledge to support strategic decision-making and inform category leads on business strategy that may impact services strategy.

• Provides DTCC with an in-depth overview of strategic sourcing.

• Leads and manages the S2C process for DTCC.

• Oversees contract category and supplier management .

• Develops a negotiation strategy that delivers against business objectives and achieves sustainable relationships with suppliers.

• Establishes Strategic Sourcing guidelines governance framework to collaborate with Legal and QA in order to create and maintain Sourcing templates.

• Develops goals for cost management, supplier management including supplier diversity, and process improvements.

• Enables savings and cost avoidance targets through driving opportunities for synergy and economies of scale.

• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in areas related to third-party management, meaning sourcing, contract management, procurement, vendor management, spend management and accounts payable. • Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

Qualifications for Sourcing Managers ( Oracle & FieldGlass)

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management, or Business Administration, or in a related discipline AND

• 10+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience

Preferred:

• Concentration in Professional Services, including HR, Legal, etc. Experience working in E-Sourcing tool, Oracle iProcurement.

• Experience of working with Vendor Managed Systems (VMS) e.g. (Fieldglass etc.) Oracle

Licenses / Certifications

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification preferred.
