Job Overview
Join a great company! We are looking for a Solar Installation Technician to fill an opening in the Indianapolis area. The qualified Install Technician will have Solar Installation background with 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.ย

Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Solar with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers withย respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan PV system configurations based on customer needs and site conditions
  • Measure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar PV panels
  • Install solar modules, panels, and support structures according to building codes and standards
  • Connect PV panels to the electrical systems
  • Commission and test PV systems
  • Perform routine PV system maintenance
  • Tie in Electrical - Interconnection
  • Install Solar Battery systemsย 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License (non-negotiable)
  • Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
  • 1 - 3 years of prior Solar Installation experience required
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of an outdoor job.
  • Electrical licensing a plus
  • Military service a plus
