Job Summary
PERSONNEL ASSISTANT - DEFINITION:
Under the direction of the Director of Personnel or Administrative Designee, perform specialized clerical and secretarial functions in the preparation and maintenance of Personnel records, reports, and other transactions. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
SECRETARY II - DEFINITION
Under the supervision of a Director/Site Administrator or designee, perform secretarial duties; plan, organize and coordinate office activities. Perform other related duties as assigned.
