Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, no weekends or holidays

Job Description:
Focus energies and resources on providing comprehensive quality clerical support to the department to include staffing, supplies, equipment, records, and the environment. Responsible for functioning as department receptionist (if applicable/needed), coordinates, compiles, and aggregates departmental information, performs secretarial tasks, and maintains organized work flow.
Qualifications:
Post-high school education courses (medical terminology, word processing, health care, and/or business) preferred. Home Health: Bilingual preferred
Minimum one year of experience with Microsoft Office preferred. Previous work experience in the customer service, medical insurance, or health care related field utilizing multi-tasking, prioritization, and communication skills preferred. Home Health: Minimum of two years clerical experience in medical office environment preferred.
