The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$52,800.00 - $79,200.00
Purpose Statement: The Legal & Compliance Generalist will support multiple areas of Global Legal & Compliance to aid in the successful execution of our global strategy. This position is intended to provide a broad experience in various areas within legal & compliance in an effort to grow and develop the individual for future roles as a legal or compliance professional. The role will provide opportunity to acquire knowledge on the foundational aspects of managing various programs and processes, as well as gaining experience in several technical areas which could include, but is not limited to, commercial contracts, environmental health & safety, government contracting, labor practices, and ethics compliance.
Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Assist with the management of legal or compliance-related documentation and policies including, but not limited to, customer-related surveys and inquiries, legal registrations or compliance dashboards, and KPI tracking or other applicable metrics
  • Aid in the development and enhancement of applicable training content, including assessment and enhancement of training delivery methods.
  • Assist with preparation and facilitation of legal or compliance-related internal or external audit activity, including involvement in the tracking and resolution of audit findings in coordination with site and regional professionals.
  • Assist in the facilitation of ethics and compliance-related investigations to ensure an efficient process, resulting in quality investigations with defined actions for resolution.
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of team communication forums such as the Legal & Compliance site and subsites, legal or compliance-related content on the company website, and applicable social media contributions and generally assist legal & compliance team members with projects or other ongoing activities as directed.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree. Typically requires 2 years of related experience.
