POSITION: Football Running Backs Coach

Director of Athletic Ministries and Head Football Coach 

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
 
The Football Running Backs Coach at FBA is responsible for leading the development of running backs within the football program in a way that reflects the mission, vision, and spiritual priorities of First Baptist Academy. The Running Backs Coach will develop student athletes in football skill, physical preparation, discipline, leadership, toughness, ball security, teamwork, and personal growth while using athletics as a platform for discipleship and character formation.
