CLIENT ADVISOR, PERSONAL INSURANCE, CLIENT ASSIST TEAM

As part of the Client Assist Team, you will be focused on contacting clients to review their policies, cross selling, and obtaining renewal dates in order to round out their policies. The successful candidate will enjoy building relationships and offering their expertise on products to help clients have the coverage they need. Other duties include upselling of our products and services, generating new business, facilitating policy changes, claims reporting and advocacy.

LOCATION AND STATUS

Location: Calgary, Red Deer or Fort McMurray, AB 

Status: Full-time, permanent

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of related experience in insurance industry with working knowledge of personal lines products and cross-selling. 
  • Minimum Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, Risk Management or related discipline or an equivalent amount of relevant experience in a similar role is an asset
  • CIP designation, or working towards is considered an asset
