Job description

Administrative & HR Coordinator

Location: Buffalo, NY 14206

Join a growing food manufacturing company as an Administrative & HR Coordinator. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee scheduling, payroll administration, and daily production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities.
  • Create and maintain employee schedules and payroll-related records.
  • Maintain employee training, evaluations, and personnel documentation.
  • Support production, inventory, shipping, and logistics activities.
  • Assist with ERP system data entry and operational reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and contractor documentation.
  • Prepare operational documents, labels, and production records.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations, maintenance, and HR teams.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, or HR administration.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, food production, staffing, or HR experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems, payroll administration, SQL, or PLEX.
