Job description

RemX Staffing is now hiring an Administrative Assistant - Loan Servicing! 

This is a 3-6 month long temporary role working fully onsite. 

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23-$25

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new loans, post-closing maintenance, and escrow-related tasks with accuracy.
  • Track property, process disbursements, and manage tax and insurance escrow accounts.
  • Provide quality service to members, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Support documentation of procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment and maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of previous administrative and/or office support experience
  • Superb attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Experience in banking or financial industry preferred
  • Proficiency working within Microsoft Office
