Schedule Requirements

Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, Monday through Sunday. Specific schedules will be assigned based on business needs and may vary.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options.
• Provide excellent customer service in a primarily inbound call environment.
• Educate customers on products, services, and benefits that align with their healthcare and financial needs.
• Follow up with customers when additional support or information is required.
• Actively listen, demonstrate empathy, and resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Health Insurance License in your state of residence, in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (15 Mbps or higher).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must reside in the state where you are licensed.

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Medicare or health insurance experience.
• Call center and/or customer service experience.

Work From Home Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet service (15 Mbps or greater).
• Direct internet connection capability.
• Dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace.
• Company-provided equipment.

Compensation & Training

• Starting pay: $21.00/hour
• Average performers: $23.00/hour
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish): $24.00/hour
• Average bilingual performers: $25.00/hour

Additional Details

• No cold calling.
• Approximately 80% of calls are inbound, consisting of Medicare re-enrollments and individuals becoming eligible for the program.
• Approximately 20-30% of calls are outbound, following up with individuals who have expressed interest in Medicare coverage options.
• Paid remote training lasts 2-4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (CST/EST).
• Work schedules consist of 8-hour shifts scheduled within the operating hours of 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
