Job description

LRS Travel provides professional travel planning services for individuals, families, couples, and groups. We assist clients with coordinating vacations, cruises, resort stays, tours, and other leisure travel arrangements through established travel suppliers.

Position Summary

LRS Travel is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will assist with travel research, coordinate reservation requests, maintain accurate travel records, and support clients throughout the travel planning process. This position is performed remotely using online communication and reservation platforms.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences.

Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers.

Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms.

Provide general travel information and destination recommendations based on client preferences.

Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.

Review reservation information for accuracy before final confirmation.

Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Support clients with travel-related questions before and after reservations are finalized.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.

Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace.

Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in your country of residence.

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, administrative support, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
