For exceptional candidates, we are open to remote employment for individuals residing in AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WY or other locations within New York State (outside of New York City). What You'll DoAs an HCM Payroll Account Manager, you'll serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of business clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their customer journey.Your responsibilities will include:Manage and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of business clients.Process payroll accurately and efficiently while providing proactive client support.Provide guidance and training on payroll, HR, time & labor, and HCM software functionality.Configure payroll components including earnings, deductions, garnishments, levies, and other payroll settings.Research and resolve payroll, tax, HR, and system-related questions.Partner closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of GTM's HCM products and services.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.Document client interactions and communicate service trends, concerns, and process improvement opportunities.Build trusted relationships with accountants, bookkeepers, HR professionals, insurance brokers, and other client contacts.Represent GTM professionally while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and retention.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who enjoys helping clients succeed and has both the technical aptitude and customer service mindset needed to manage complex payroll accounts.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and business experience.Previous experience supporting clients using an HCM or payroll platform.Experience processing payroll for multiple clients.FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred.Experience with the isolved platform is a plus.Skills You'll BringOutstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to learn complex payroll and HCM systems quickly.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Working knowledge of payroll, payroll taxes, HR, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and unemployment management.Collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.Success in This RoleThe ideal candidate is someone who:Maintains a positive, professional, and dependable attitude.Builds trust with clients through responsiveness and follow-through.Takes ownership of challenges and works toward solutions.Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Is adaptable and enjoys learning new technology.Consistently delivers exceptional client service.
