LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (SENIOR) – FULLY REMOTE OPTION AVAILABLE

The Opportunity

We are conducting an exclusive search for a Senior Litigation Associate to join a rapidly expanding litigation team. This position is ideal for an attorney with at least five years of defense pre-litigation and/or litigation experience.


Candidates must be admitted in California.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of litigation from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses

• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses

• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

• Develop case strategies and assist with claim investigations

• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
