Your Role: Insurance Defense Attorney

โ€ข Manage a varied insurance defense caseload from inception through resolution.

โ€ข Handle matters involving trucking and transportation accidents, personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, and first-party property claims.

โ€ข Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, draft motions, and participate in mediations.

โ€ข Assist with trial preparation and develop into a strong trial lawyer within a respected Texas defense platform.

โ€ข Work closely with experienced litigators in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.



โš–๏ธ What theyโ€™re looking for:

โ€ข 3โ€“5 years of litigation experience preferred, though more experienced candidates will also be considered.

โ€ข Insurance defense background strongly preferred.

โ€ข Experience with trucking, transportation, personal injury, premises liability, or construction defect matters highly desirable.

โ€ข Texas Bar admission in good standing.

โ€ข Someone personable, sharp, proactive, and comfortable thinking on their feet in depositions, court appearances, and mediations.

โ€ข Strong work ethic and genuine interest in developing within a trial-focused practice.
