As a Branch Operations Assistant/Scotia Wealth Management Receptionist you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams.

  • Be instrumental in management of the daily administrative operations of the branch
  • Create a positive and welcoming initial first impression representing Scotia Wealth Management (SWM)
  • Manage client account activities and ensuring compliance standards are met
