As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
*Duties*
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

- Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems including Microsoft Office Suite
