About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Reagan Plastic Surgery as a Front Desk Receptionist! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere while supporting our skilled medical professionals.

*Must be available to work Mon and Friday 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/out processes efficiently.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.

Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Process payments accurately and efficiently.
