Job description

Healthcare Receptionist position in San Diego, CA LHH has partnered with an established and well known healthcare network located in San Diego who is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will excel in customer service and have a passion for helping others. This is a full time position and shifts will vary from Monday-Sunday, 6:30am-10:30pm. There are multiple openings at multiple locations throughout San Diego county! The pay for this Contract to Hire position is $25/hour and is a great opportunity to start or continue your career in healthcare! Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Communicating with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members
  • Greeting patients and visitors upon arrival
  • Completing check-in and check-out procedures
  • Scheduling appointments and managing an office calendar
  • Supporting with clerical needs such as data entry, filing, and printing/faxing/scanning
Qualifications:
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Strong word processing and spreadsheet/database experience
  • Positive Attitude and eager to learn
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Compensation:
  • $25.00 USD Per Hour
