Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are a fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare practice looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Must be comfortable being on your feet and walking with patients throughout the day. Our office does see a variety of patients, not every day is the same. 

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm & Saturday 9am-1pm

Estimated Start Date: July 27th - Flexible

Responsibilities:

·         Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

·         Verify Insurance and process patient payments

·         Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, take messages, etc.

·         Maintain patient charts and EMR documentation

·         Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

·         Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred

·         Must be bilingual (Spanish)

·         Strong communication and multitasking skills

·         MA certification is a plus (not required for receptionist duties)

·         Positive attitude and team-oriented
