Job Summary
Growing Insurance and Financial Services office in Miami is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
Possibility of rapid career advancement and training for candidates that demonstrate strong sales and customer service capabilities.
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and routing them accordingly.
 • Greeting customers and other visitors to our office.
Creating a positive first impression on customers contacting our office.
Scheduling appointments, inspections, and meetings for office staff and customers.
Data entry, scanning, and electronic document storage/filing.
Contacting customers and vendors to arrange for payment due on account.
General office Clerical and Administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish REQUIRED
• Capacity to multi-task, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, very busy office environment.
• Strong computer/ technology skills as we are a cutting-edge technology driven office.
• Prior customer service, receptionist, or administrative assistant experience required.
• Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Real Estate industries is a plus.
