Receptionist Position

We are looking for a professional and personable receptionist to become an integral part of our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming impression. We are seeking someone who can consistently maintain a professional demeanor, ensuring that all guests feel warmly welcomed from the moment they walk through our doors.

As the receptionist, you will:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
  • Ensure the front office and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Receive and distribute packages efficiently.
