Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Prepare, scan, file, and organize legal documents
  • Maintain client files and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative projects
