Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist/concierge to join our team!

As the receptionist/concierge for our busy office, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their office visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive at the salon

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications

One year of customer service experience is preferred

Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
