Job description

Location: Spectrum's Corporate Office - Westborough, MA

Schedule: Full-Time. Monday-Friday. 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

The Receptionist:

  • Serves as the primary reception and front desk representative for the Corporate Office, providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners.
  • Is responsible for managing reception duties, including greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and handling office communications.  
  • Provides administrative, clerical, and operational support through meeting coordination, scheduling, event planning, office supply management, and various administrative projects as directed by the Executive Assistant and Senior Leadership.

Qualifications:     

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration, receptionist, or administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software to create flyers, invitations, newsletters, and promotional materials preferred.
  • Experience coordinating virtual meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in all interactions.
