Position Overview
Salman Capital is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our commercial and residential property portfolio. This role serves as a key point of contact for tenants, prospects, and vendors, and involves coordinating maintenance and vendor services, handling administrative tasks, and helping ensure properties run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential. This is a fully in-office role offering a collaborative team environment and hands-on operational experience
Key Responsibilities
Resident & Tenant Relations
  •  Greet and assist residents, tenants, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner 
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns 
  •  Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and maintenance requests 
  •  Maintain strong tenant relationships through excellent communication and customer service 

Operations & Administration
  •  Maintain organized tenant files, records, and compliance documentation 
  •  Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services 
  •  Assist with rent collection, invoices, delinquency follow-up, and payment plans 
  •  Support daily office operations and administrative tasks 
  •  Conduct regular property walkthroughs and inspections 
  •  Document inspection findings and monitor completion of repairs or violations 
  •  Support move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections 
  •  Maintain accurate records, reports, and leasing documentation  
Qualifications
  •  Previous property management, leasing, or administrative experience preferred 
  •  Customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or related industries welcome) 
  •  Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills 
  •  Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems 
  •  Fluent Spanish is strongly preferred
