Our team serves prestigious Healthcare, Higher Education, and public institutions in the tristate area.


We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive direction, completion, and financial success of projects, while managing relationships with both owners and subcontractors. This role requires extensive expertise in engineering systems, a thorough grasp of project management processes, and proficiency in essential skill sets such as leadership, organization, time management, communication, and client service.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expert understanding of Construction Drawings and Documentation.
  • Interpret construction plans, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and determine optimal delivery methods.
  • Provide oversight of prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements to ensure alignment with company interests and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Manage the design process and coordinate between design and construction teams.
  • Lead a small to mid-sized team, providing guidance and direction to ensure project success.
  • Forecast costs for upcoming activities and projects, manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and scopes through project management software.
  • Develop bid packages and procure proposals in adherence to client policies.
  • Act as the primary contact with clients throughout project duration, including periodic progress reporting.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, including feasible phasing plans to accommodate end-users' needs.


Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Cultivate relationships within client organizations to coordinate work and make decisions effectively.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organization, with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and independent work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to comprehend ARCH & MEP drawings and reports, with a focus on identifying potential improvements for project implementation.


Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 3-6 years of relevant construction industry experience.
  • Preferably experienced in healthcare construction projects.
