We're looking for a driven Civil Engineer to join a collaborative team working on a diverse portfolio of land development, site design, and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on role in project planning and design while working alongside experienced engineers, project managers, and technical professionals.

What You'll Do
  • Design and develop site and land development projects with increasing responsibility and independence.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, analyses, and technical design solutions.
  • Create grading, drainage, utility, and site layout plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Research and apply applicable codes, regulations, and engineering standards to project designs.
  • Support the preparation of permit applications, technical reports, and engineering studies.
  • Provide guidance and coordination to CAD designers and drafters during project development.
  • Utilize industry-standard engineering software to solve technical challenges and optimize designs.
  • Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and deliverable tracking.
