  • Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to developย accurateย cost estimates.ย 

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for materials,ย labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.ย 

  • Analyzeย project scope,ย identifyย risks, and provide cost-effective solutions.ย 

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and vendors to collect relevant data.ย 

  • Request and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.ย 

  • Develop andย maintainย cost databases, pricing records, and historical cost information.ย 

  • Prepare bid proposals, budgets, and cost reports.ย 

  • Assistย in value engineering and cost optimization efforts.ย 

  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clientย discussionsย as necessary.ย 

  • Support project scheduling by providing time and resource estimates.ย 

  • Participate in contract negotiation and clarification of scope.ย 

Required Skills & Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).ย
