As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Cladding Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in the coordination and executionof multiple cladding projects at various stages of completion. This is a developmental role for someone looking to build a career in construction project management, with opportunities to progress toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roles.


Working across multiple projects and Project Managers, the Coordinator will assist with project documentation, RFIs, shop drawing coordination, material and schedule tracking, site coordination, cost tracking, and closeout requirements. As knowledge and experience develop, the coordinator will be expected to take advantage of assigned project responsibilities while working under the guidance of the Project Managers.


WhatYou'llDo

  • Support multiple Project Managers and projects by coordinating communication and information between internal teams, field operations, General Contractors, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Assist with project startup and ongoing coordination by reviewing drawings, specifications, scope, estimates, schedules, and other project documents, and help identify requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, and potential issues.
  • Coordinate the shop drawing, submittal, and RFI process, including site measurements and scanning information, drafting coordination, reviews, submissions, comments, revisions, samples, product data, colour selections, mockups, and approvals.
  • Assist Project Managers with project schedules, material procurement, supplier and subcontractor quotations, Requisition Forms, Purchase Order documentation, fabrication and delivery tracking, and follow-up on items that may affect project progress.
  • Support site and logistical planning, including site access, deliveries, staging, material handling, cranes, lifts, equipment, permits, orientations, and coordination with field supervisors, installers, General Contractors, and site teams
  • Participate in internal, client, consultant, supplier, subcontractor, and site coordination meetings; assist with meeting preparation, record minutes and action items when required, and follow up on outstanding commitments.
  • Assist with project cost and documentation control by tracking Purchase Orders, supplier and subcontractor commitments, pricing backup, quantities, billing information, project costs, schedules, safety documentation, and other required project records.
  • Support projects through completion by coordinating deficiencies, inspections, warranty items, closeout documentation, and outstanding project requirements, while following Bothwell-Accurate and site-specific safety procedures and promptly escalating concerns to the appropriate team member.


WhatYouBringtotheTeam

  • Post secondary education in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant construction experience, is preferred. Candidates currently completing a relevant program may also be considered.
  • Previous experience or exposure to cladding, facade systems, architectural panels, building envelope construction, drafting, scanning, or commercial construction is an asset, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with Bluebeam or similar construction document and project management software. Experience with AutoCAD is an asset but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, with a willingness to continue developing technical knowledge of cladding and building envelope systems.
