Position Description & Qualifications
Looking for a Project Administrator opportunity at a place you can make an impact every day? Discover this great opportunity in our Middletown, Rhode Island location. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact supporting our US Navy clients on the PC-Based Open-Architecture for Reconfigurable Training Systems (PORTS) program by providing organizational, administrative, and logistics support across multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team of professionals who work closely together to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
In this role, you will:
  • Track and manage multiple project deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assist with creating, updating, and formatting technical documentation and presentation material as required by the contract
  • Attend meetings as designated by the Program Manager. Take notes for these meetings and publish them to the attendees for review in accordance with contractual standards and requirements, as necessary
  • Maintain and update project configuration logs for multiple system development and maintenance projects
  • Organize, print, scan, copy, and distribute a variety of documentation for test events, installations, and general use
  • Assist with scheduling package and Freight pick-ups

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance upon hiring
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline and 5 years Project Admin experience
    • or a High School Diploma and 7 years of experience
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint with advanced editing and formatting experience
  • Understanding of SharePoint
  • Knowledge of how to print, scan, and copy
  • Strong customer and interpersonal communication skills
