Job Duties:
UW Oshkosh Center for Community Development, Engagement and Training (CCDET) is an outreach department on campus. CCDET's mission is to offer creative solutions to meet workplace challenges by utilizing University resources to provide consulting services, training and educational services, data management and project management. The Registration Coordinator position fits within CCDET's data management service area. This position works on a variety of project contracts that include: Department of Children and Families (Wisconsin Works, Child Support Agencies and Child Care Agencies), Department of Health Services-Division of Medicaid Services (Functional Screeners), Department of Health Services-Division of Quality Assurance (Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project) and the Wisconsin Dementia Care Training Project.
The Registration Coordinator is a key position within CCDET that monitors the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS), registers participants for different trainings and provides customer assistance and technical support over the telephone or through email. This position also supports the program by writing and sending LMS-related correspondence and reports, communicating with state-wide agency staff, assisting with web design and publishing, and helping to maintain and revise online courses. The role requires a high degree of accuracy, excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team environment, and being a self-initiator.
This full-time position will be working on the UW Oshkosh campus. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
  • Create, maintain, and verify workshop information within Cornerstone LMS.
  • Process participant registration and completion transactions within Cornerstone.
  • Provide troubleshooting and customer support in a timely manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the structure and security of the Cornerstone LMS database.
Collaboration and Professional Responsibilities
  • Attend CCDET All Staff meetings (as scheduled).
  • Maintain a working knowledge of CCDET projects.
  • Serve as a resource for other CCDET staff as well as partner staff, as needed.
  • Maintain positive working relationship with all funding sources.
Back-up Assistance for Nelnet and Qualtrics
  • Create and update Nelnet webpages and Qualtrics surveys.
  • Use HTML for Nelnet webpage content.
  • Process purchases, refunds, and customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Generate reports for account management and project needs.
  • Consult with the Qualtrics Administrator on new projects and provide technical support.
Communication
  • Revise, deliver, and facilitate printed and electronic materials for workshops.
  • Respond to participant and stakeholder inquiries regarding workshops, registrations, and LMS functionality.
  • Maintain organized records of correspondence, registrations, and supporting documentation.
Reporting and Course Creation
  • Develop and revise reports and online courses.
  • Publish reports and classes to the web.
