Job description

Pay: $25.00 an hour, depending on experience
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Supervisor to support our daily production operations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing daily production operations of field crews to ensure efficiency and quality work.
  • Support and communicate with crews when issues or changes arise to maintain workflow and safety.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely communication.
  • Help inspect materials, tools, and equipment before they leave for job sites.
  • Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction, field operations, or crew supervision preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in the field.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to work in active job site environments. Candidates should be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Occasional climbing, kneeling, and exposure to various weather conditions may be required.
