Job Summary
The Program Coordinator – Performance & Data Support provides operational and analytical support for Child Care Operations by collecting, validating, organizing, and maintaining program data used to monitor performance, measure outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. This position assists with data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, performance measurement, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information maintained across multiple systems. Working closely with the Senior Program Coordinator – Performance & Data Analytics, this position supports the evaluation of provider incentives, scholarships, professional development, Local Match, and other Child Care Operations initiatives by preparing reports, identifying data discrepancies, tracking key performance indicators, and assisting with operational analyses that improve program effectiveness, compliance, and customer service.
 
What will I be doing?  
  •  Collect, validate, organize, and maintain program data from multiple systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity.
  •  Assist with the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance metrics used to monitor operational performance and program outcomes.
  •  Compile and analyze operational, fiscal, compliance, and program data to identify trends, support reporting requirements, and assist with evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews by identifying data discrepancies, validating supporting documentation, and recommending corrections to improve reporting accuracy.
  •  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), program milestones, and outcome measures while maintaining tracking tools and reporting schedules.
  •  Prepare routine and ad hoc reports for leadership, funding agencies, Board members, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  •  Support continuous improvement initiatives by assisting with workflow evaluations, documenting business processes, and recommending operational efficiencies.
  •  Maintain accurate records and documentation within designated systems of record while ensuring compliance with Board policies and regulatory requirements.
  •  Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, and program staff to resolve data issues, improve reporting processes, and support organizational objectives.
  •  Provide technical assistance regarding data collection, reporting standards, and documentation requirements to ensure consistent reporting practices.
 
Key Qualifications  
  •  Demonstrated experience managing grants, public funds, or regulatory compliance programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex policies and apply them operationally.
  •  Experience preparing reports for governmental or oversight entities preferred.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data management systems.
  •  Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  •  Ability to communicate regulatory requirements clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
