Have you ever walked into a busy healthcare clinic and felt instantly at ease? The waiting room is quiet, the front desk assistant greets you with a warm smile, and your check-in feels completely effortless.

To the client, it feels like a peaceful sanctuary. But behind that front desk counter? It’s a high-speed command center.

Phones are ringing, insurance portals are loading, urgent results are flying in, and clinician schedules are shifting by the minute. These exceptional people are orchestrating it all—triaging phone calls, coordinating with clinicians, booking appointments, managing charts, and solving administrative crises in real-time, all while maintaining a warm, reassuring smile for the client standing right in front of them. We call them “Client Service Coordinators”.

This is a career for those who love guiding others through their health journey and are blessed with the gift of organization. Our purpose is "Helping people live their best lives" and we are fulfilled when we improve the health and well-being of our clients.

How you'll crush the day:

  • Our clients first interactions happen with you, either in-person or over the phone, and after hearing your kind voice and soothing empathy they will feel great about choosing us for their therapy needs
  • You’ll educate and empower clients on our unique services and equipment, process payment and send them home with a smile on their face
  • You’ll perform basic accounting functions (A/R) and inventory management

Note that we have two locations and the successful candidate will periodically rotate between both.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Completion of high school
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Medical office education or experience is welcomed
  • Well organized and tech savvy (able to confidently use MS Office)
