Location: Staunton, VA - In-Office
Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to production and inventory control functions
  • Review completed sales orders for accuracy and expedites paperwork related to sales orders
  • Contact vendors related to on-time delivery dates
  • Maintain files and records of current and potential suppliers, materials, prices, delivery dates and inventories
  • Prepare materials and supplies purchase orders, analyze quotes, and expedite deliveries and shipments as needed
  • Process change orders, notify vendors of material and quantity requirement revisions, and contact vendors regarding rate adjustments and incorrect materials
  • Provide data as requested to forecast estimates and schedules of goods in process and needs for future orders
  • Provide input to schedules, inventory reports, surplus stock lists, production specifications, and plant capacity data as requested
  • Assist with maintaining records of in-house and on-order material
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:
  • Associate degree, Technical Degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years related experience
