  • Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for 5G/LTE enterprise connectivity (routers, gateways, private networks, FWA) in close collaboration with engineering, operations, sales and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing to fuel demand generation by personally driving the creation of high-impact collateral: datasheets, solution briefs, battlecards, competitive positioning, demos, presentations, white papers, ROI calculators, and web content.
  • Set the standard for clear, differentiated, customer-facing messaging.
  • Engage directly with customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
  • When customers encounter technical issues, act as the escalation quarterback, bringing in the right engineering, support, and solutions resources to drive resolution and feed root causes back into product requirements.
  • Drive requirements and go-to-market for video security, surveillance, and Edge AI/computer-vision and physical AI offerings, including on-device inference, AI accelerators and cloud/edge orchestration.
  • Define solutions for remote monitoring of critical infrastructure and high-value assets, condition monitoring, telemetry, predictive maintenance, out-of-band management, and fail-safe connectivity for the industrial segment.
  • Drive integrations and promote interoperability with cloud platforms and third-party software solutions to extend the value and reach of the product line.
  • Engage customers, ecosystem partners, and industry experts to understand pain points, uncover market insights, and continuously iterate on messaging and positioning.
  • Drive customer success, strong product margins, and sustained growth of key product metrics (revenue, design wins, attach rates, recurring revenue).

  • Experience with Edge AI, edge computing, industrial gateways, critical asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, and remote operations solutions.
  • Experience with security and surveillance systems, Video Management Systems (VMS) and IoT data platforms.
  • Preferred industrial background in Industrial automation, telematics, manufacturing, energy, transportation, smart infrastructure, building automation, critical infrastructure or related industrial technology markets.
Qualifications and Skills Required qualifications and skills include, but are not limited to:
  • Strong knowledge of device lifecycle management, OTA updates, fleet management, cybersecurity, and secure onboarding.
  • Strong business acumen with experience building product roadmaps, promotional collateral, market analyses, pricing strategies, and growth plans.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business case skills: comfortable conducting market research, developing compelling use cases, performing competitive and financial analyses, and forming independent convictions about future product direction.
  • Ability to comfortably present before diverse audiences, in technical and executive briefings.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10-20%) to support customers, partners, and industry events.
Preferred qualifications and skills include, but are not limited to:
