  • Accurately complete transactions while following company policies and state and federal regulations.
  • Explain loan terms, product features, and store policies clearly and confidently.
  • Answer phone calls, text inquiries, and assist customers through multiple communication channels.
  • Merchandise, clean, and organize the showroom to create an inviting experience.
  • Test, inspect, and prepare merchandise for sale. 
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  •  Demonstrate a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Continuously learn about products, industry trends, and valuation techniques through ongoing training.
  • Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every customer interaction.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds 
  •  Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday 
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  •  Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to different customer personalities and situations 
  • Ability to follow established store policies and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Ability to Self-Motivate

  • Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  •  Ability to pass required background checks and legally work in the United States. 

Highly Preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, jewelry, firearms, or sales.
  • Experience handling cash and balancing transactions.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and through text or email.
  • Interest in learning about jewelry, precious metals, watches, firearms, electronics, tools, and other valuable merchandise.
