What You Will Do

  1. Map end-to-end material flows to uncover opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization
  2. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within our Salesforce customer management system
  3. Contribute to initiatives that enhance and streamline the customer onboarding experience
  4. Help manage and resolve pricing-related topics within the Chemical Catalyst business
  5. Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to generate actionable business insights

Requirements 

  • A Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Passionate about process improvement and identifying innovative solutions
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work onsite in our Iselin, NJ office 3 days a week for duration of assignment

You'll work on impactful projects, build highly transferable skills, and collaborate with experienced professionals-all while laying a strong foundation for your career after graduation.
We are looking for summer interns available to work a hybrid schedule in our Iselin, NJ office. Ideally our intern will be with us from mid-June through the end of August or through September depending on volume of work and school schedule. If selected to interview you will be asked to submit a writing sample and a portfolio of work (if you have one).
Pay for the role will be $25-28 dollars an hour. *If you are selected for this position, you will be hired by one of our Staffing Agency partners as a Temporary Employee.
