West Side manufacturer, is seeking a Administrative Assistant. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Wages commensurate with experience; company-paid benefits and incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and forward inbound calls
  • Greet and assist visitors, customers and vendors
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Posting customer payments and make deposits
  • Office and staff supply orders
  • Assist Payroll Manager with timeclock
  • Keep office clean and maintained

Qualifications:
